Event Information
The Dubbo Turf Club is excited to launch the fourth Arrowfield Queen of the West and GM Specialty Vehicles Dubbo Ladies Race Day, to be held on Saturday 18 April.
The inaugural event in 2023 set the standard for high class racing and high-end hospitality and in 2026, we aim to raise the bar again.
ARROWFIELD QUEEN OF THE WEST
With an increased prize purse of $50,000, the Arrowfield Queen of the West consolidates itself as one of the premier fillies and mares races in regional New South Wales.
Run under Benchmark 82 Handicap conditions over 1200m, the winning connections will receive a nomination to Arrowfield stallion, Hitotsu.
QUEEN OF THE WEST MARQUEE
In 2023, the iconic Queen of the West marquee combined high-end hospitality and and curated design. The all-inclusive marquee includes a five hour premium beverage package, catering by Mudgee Made Fine Food, entertainment by Panorama Band and access to the official QOTW afterparty plus much more. This will be an event not to be missed in 2026.

Terms & Conditions
Ticketing Terms and Conditions:
- All prepurchased tickets will be scanned, a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or available on a smart phone device. Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply.
- Listed prices are on a per person basis.
- Refunds and/or exchanges are not available "Unless required by Law"
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated or defaced in any way or are not purchased from direclty from 123 Tix
- If weather impacts the race day, the Queen of the West marquee event will still proceed
- Members will be able to redeem gate entry for the member and one guest from the race club office on the day
- Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from an authorised seller.
- Food and Drink packages non-transferrable.
Conditions of Entry:
- This is an All Ages Event.
- ID must be carried by all persons and displayed on request.
- A secondary form of ID may be requested.
- Any persons who are in possession of a fake ID will be reported to Police.
- Persons under the age of 25 must produce ID on entry.
- Persons under the age of 25 will have a wristband affixed by security staff. Persons who remove the band or supply to another person will be excluded from the venue.
- All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage.
- Hygiene and cleaning procedures have been and will be implimented to keep all patrons and our venue staff safe.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible Guardian over the age of 21.
- Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name.
- You must not obstruct the entry or exit point.
- You must follow signs and instructions at all times
- The Dubbo Turf Club has a zero tolerance policy to the supply and use of drugs at our venue.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
