Event Information

Today, Carbon is a resource that is receiving more attention than ever before within our communities. The significance of it's roles within agricultural, ecological and economic systems is hard to wholly capture. In the farm or garden, a well made compost can Increase soil quality, carbon sequestration and bio-diversity as well as decreasing demand for water and ultimately leading to economical savings.

In conjunction with Greening Bathurst, The Bathurst Regional Vignerons Association (BRVA) are hosting a Seminar, bringing together 5 expert speakers on developing and maintaining healthy a soil ecology, touching on topics including; composting, compost teas, micro-organisms, the soil food web and bio-dynamics.
