This free public event will see market stalls set up in Victoria Park and members of the public will be able to taste culinary delights, sample a variety of beverages and peruse market stalls. The festival is planning to be bigger and better than previous years with planning commenced for a kids dedicated area, bar area for the adults, larger DREAM lantern parade and two stages of live entertainment
