Gnocchi Master Class
Learn the art of rolling soft Italian style potato dumplings + serve 3 different ways at The Little Cooking School.
Little soft clouds of potato accompanied by 3 different styles of sauces. Firstly try Baked gnocchi with mozzarella, pumpkin and sage. Then try frying your gnocchi and combine with roasted mushrooms + blue cheese followed by immersing your gnocchi in a creamy sauce with amazing, local Stein's prosciutto, local garlic + spinach.
Enjoy with some zingy salads to accompany and then finish off with the lightest, di Lusso fig tart and lashings of double cream. Long lunch heaven!
