 Gates open 3.30 practice from 5.30 til 9 / 9.30pm

please note - Tickets presold for a practice day will not be refundable nor transferable.

pre sale only tickets will not be available at the venue

we will only refund tickets if the practice or your division is cancelled by Dubbo City Speedway club

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS, CREWS, OFFICIALS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

- Due to covid19 regulations we have a limit of 500 people allowed in the venue

- Pre purchase your tickets prior to the event to avoid disappointment.

 - Anyone using one day competition licences or pit passes will need to arrange this prior to arriving at the track

 Drivers, crews, volunteers and officials and service providers will also need to complete waiver form prior to arriving at the venue, by the Friday prior to the event.

Motor Racing/Burnouts Are Dangerous Sports!

It is a condition of admission that spectators and all persons attending this meeting do so entirely at their own risk. All persons, corporations, clubs and associations having any connection with the promotion or conduct of the meeting, including the owners and occupants of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles are absolved from liability or damage to spectators and all other persons at a meeting,  no matter whether for negligence or as occupier or on any other basis and no matter whether such injury or damage be foreseeable and no matter where or how such injury or damage be caused.

  • No glass or alcohol are to be brought into the premises.
  • No smoking within the grounds.
  • Eskies are welcome

 

TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF CONTRACTING/ TRANSMITTING COVID-19 COMPETITORS, OFFICIALS AND PATRONS SHOULD AT ALL TIMES AHEAR TO THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Do not attend any speedway event if you are unwell and experiencing symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, fever, fatigue, or shortness of breath.
• Do not attend speedway if, in the last 14 days, you have been unwell or had close contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19. 
• Anyone who is unwell should see a doctor in accordance with NSW Public Health Authority guidelines.
• The basic rule is “arrive, race or practice, leave” 
• All participants should be strongly encouraged to download the Government’s CovidSafe app. 
• Gathering as a group before or after Speedway is not permitted. 
• Scrutineering no in-person scrutineering, self-scrutineering and apparel check prior to the event
• No close contact is allowed at any time as it is within 1.5m. 
• An area of 4m2 is required per person (i.e. a minimum of 40m2 for 10 people). 
• In NSW, there may be more than one group of 10 people at the same time at the same outdoor venue providing that clearly defined and separated areas of more than 40m2 for each group are allocated. 
• No ‘mixing’ of people (including officials) between separate groups of 10 people. 
• Competitors, crews, officials, and spectators are included with participants in the total number attending (i.e. a maximum total of 10 people in a group). 
• Spectators or people providing transport should remain in their vehicle or leave the venue where possible.
Shower at home before and after speedway. 
• Bring hand wash or sanitiser to wash / sanitise your hands before and after racing. 
• Bring their own drink bottle, towel, foods etc as canteens are to be closed. 
• Avoid unnecessary contact (i.e. shaking hands, ‘high fives’ etc). 
• All equipment (particularly if touched by hands) should be wiped clean afterwards (e.g. radios, flags, etc). 
• If there is a playing group of less than 10 and spectators are present, 1.5m distancing must be observed by spectators. 
• Speedway Australia permits are required for all on-track activity 
• A total of ten (10) people may gather.
• A maximum of 500 people in any single venue at one time (note: this is the responsibility of the venue owner or council).
• Physical distancing must be maintained at all times (i.e. 1.5m apart).
• Change rooms to remain closed – toilets may be available for use
