The Energy, Innovation and Mining Expo (eIMEx) will be held in Gunnedah on 1-3 November 2018.  Exhibitor sites, presented sessions on a variety of topics, drone demonstrations, bus trips to see solar irrigation and mining in action and children's entertainment on the Saturday.  Thanks to our major sponsors Whitehaven Coal.

As part of the expo, an eIMEx Dinner will be held on Friday 2 November 2018 at Gunnedah Town Hall.  Formally opened by Senator the Hon. Matthew Canavan, guest speaker Damien Thomlinson and MC / Entertainment from Murray Hartin.  There will also be a charity auction to raise money for Gunnedah Community Scholarship Fund.

A Women in the Workforce Breakfast will take place on Thursday 1 November 2018 at Gunnedah Basketbal Stadium at 7am - 9am.  A continental breakfast will be served and there will be four guest speakers: 

  • Keli McDonald, Kel’s Country: MC & “Equality in the workforce”
  • Jillian Hamilton, Manage Damage: “An equal with your tea”
  • Kelly Foran, Friendly Faces Helping Hands Foundation: “How the foundation assists with travelling to Sydney for medical treatment”
  • Shanna Whan, Health Coach: “Sober in the Country”
