How to Search for specific attendees
You can search for attendees by name or booking ID. Follow these easy steps
- Log in to your 123 Tix Organiser account.
- Navigate to the Manage Attendees.
- Click on Search Attendee from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the name or booking ID of the attendee you want to search for in the appropriate search field at the top of the page.
- Click the Search button.
- The search results will be displayed below the search bar, including the attendee's name, email, booking ID, and status.
Can I print out an Attendees List?
Absolutely! 123 Tix Print Attendee list can be found in:
- Log in to your 123 Tix Organiser account.
- Go to the Manage Events" tab and select Current or Past Events depending on the event you want to print the attendee list for.
- Look for the event you want to print the attendee list for and click on the green Tickets button on the right-hand side of the screen.
- At the top of the Tickets page, you will see a blue button labeled Print Attendee List. Click on it.
- A PDF document will be generated with the list of attendees for the selected event. You can either print this document or save it as a digital copy for your records.
This will give you the following information:

Booking Name

Booking ID

Phone Number
-
Email Address
-
Ticket Name
-
Ticket Type
-
Seat (if your event is a seated or mixed event)
How to view bookings
- Log in to 123 Tix.
- Select Manage Events from the main menu.
- Click on the Current Events tab to view a list of all your current events.
- Find the event you want to view the bookings for and locate the Bookings column.
- In the Bookings column, you will see a blue button with white lines in it. Click on this button to view the bookings for that event.
- You will be directed to a page that displays a list of all the bookings for that particular event.
- You can use the search and filter options to sort and refine the list of bookings based on criteria such as name, date, and ticket type.
- To view the details of a particular booking, click on the booking reference number.
- You can also download the booking information as a CSV file by clicking the "Export CSV" button.
This page will also allow you to export bookings, tickkets or extras reports.
