How to export reports

  1. Log in to the Organiser portal and select Manage Events from the menu.
  2. Choose the relevant event from the Current Events or Past Events tab.
  3. In the fourth column from the right, you will see the Bookings button represented by a blue square button with three lines. Click on it.
  4. Once you click on the Bookings button, you will be taken to the Bookings page where you can see a list of all the attendees.
  5. At the top of the page, you will see three options to export reports: Export Bookings, Export Tickets, and Export Extras. Click on the report you want to export.
  6. After clicking on the report, the download will start automatically, and you can find it in your computer's Downloads folder or in the folder you selected to save it in.
Once you have downloaded the excel spreadsheet you are after a list of the following information can be provided depending on which report you export:
  1. Booking Date
  2. Booking Code
  3. Contact Name
  4. Ticket Name
  5. Address
  6. State
  7. Country
  8. Postcode
  9. Phone
  10. Payment Method
  11. Payment Status
  12. Ticket Total ($)
  13. Extra Total ($)
  14. Booking Fee ($)
  15. Payment Fee ($)
  16. Total Fee ($)
  17. Discount 
  18. Discount ($)
  19. Total ($)
  20. Discover NSW Voucher Used ($)
