Event Information

The South Sydney Rabbitohs will be heading to Griffith later this month to take on a Group 20 Invitational side in the Club’s first senior match of the 2021 pre-season.

The match between the Rabbitohs and Group 20 will be played on Saturday 20 February at 7pm at Solar Mad Stadium in Griffith and will feature a number of the Rabbitohs top 30 players and young up-and-coming stars, coming face-to-face with some of the best footballers from the New South Wales Riverina region.

Rabbitohs Head Coach Wayne Bennett will be in town for the game on Saturday night, as well as appearing at a Sportsman’s night at Griffith Leagues Club on Friday 19 February.

Members and supporters will also have the opportunity to meet the Rabbitohs players at the team’s final training run to be held at Solar Mad Stadium on Friday 19 February at 5pm, ensuring the local Rugby League community has plenty of opportunities to come and see the players and coaches as they prepare for a big 2021 NRL
premiership campaign.

Prior to the Rabbitohs vs Group 20 Invitational game scheduled to start at 7pm, there will be two curtain raiser matches. The first game will be a match between the Group 20 and Group 17 women’s teams which will kick off at 3:30pm.

The second match will see the Group 20 Indigenous side go up against the Group 20 Barbarians in the ‘Roger Penrith Memorial Game’ at 5pm at Solar Mad Stadium.

By purchasing this ticket I confirm that I agree to comply with all NSW Government regulations in relation to COVID-19 including but not limited to:

  • Having not traveled overseas in the past 14 days, having not visited an identified COVID-19 designated hotspot location within NSW or other areas defined by NSW Health and NSW Government or associated authorities;

Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

  • We need to scan your ticket QR code in order to admit you. Online booking fees apply.
  • No Shade houses or Umbrelles are permitted into the ground.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong ticket
  • If a game is cancelled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified, and you can either re-book for another session or apply for a refund.
  • Staff working at matches are not able to provide refunds.
  • Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced in any way or are not purchased from authorised points of sale

Conditions of Entry:

  • All patrons enter the event and agree to be bound by NSWRL regulation nswrl.com.au  and the NRL Code of Conduct https://www.playrugbyleague.com/referee/laws-of-the-game/code-of-conduct/
  • All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage.
  • Patrons will be required to social distance and follow COVID Safe advice
  • If you or any of your dependants are unwell or have cold or flu-like symptoms, please STAY HOME.
  • Please keep 1.5 metres clearance from other people who don’t live in the same household as you.
  • South Coast Rugby League and co-hosting club have increased hygiene and cleaning procedures to keep all patrons and our staff covid safe.
  • Purchaser information may be shared with health authorities for contact tracing should any attendee test positive to COVID 19.
  • Our toilets have a limited capacity and patrons are asked to keep a COVID Safe distance at all times (i.e. remain 1.5 metres apart)
  • During the event staff or security reserve the right to check any bags and remove and confiscate any prohibited items (items will not be returned)
  • Be considerate of the people around you. Don’t shout or raise your voice excessively. Obscene language will not be tolerated.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Photography: The Organiser will not be seeking permission from individuals to film, record or photograph the event. All images acquired will be used for reporting and promotional purposes only.
  • Unauthorised photography, filming and recording of the event by patrons is not permitted
  • Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name.
  • Only leave rubbish in the bins provided.
  • You must follow signs and instructions match day staff to control the drive-in and follow any directions and regulations displayed at the venue otherwise communicated to you.
  • We ask at the conclusion of your game that you exit the event in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • You may be denied entry into, or removed from, the event or venue where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event for others
