Event Information
Please note: Marquee packages do not include general admission tickets. General admission tickets must be purchased separately.
The annual Hay Races is a bucket list event for any one who loves a day out at the track. With 6 races, full bar and catering, on course betting and the biggest Fashions on the Field event in country NSW this is an event not to be missed.
- Entry tickets available on line. There will be limited tickets available at the gate on race day.
- Jump the queue on race day and purchase your drink tickets on line. Simply purchase on line and then collect on the day (proof of ID will need to be shown).
- You can purchase a range of Hospitality Packages and tickets to ensure you have a great day.
Community Marquee Reserved Table
Enjoy the races from the comfort of your own table in the community marquee. Centrally located and with access to the Lawn Bar, tables of 10 can be reserved.
Umbrella Package
Take your party trackside with table for 10, under your own white umbrella on the lawned area, right near Fashions on the Field and with access to the Lawn Bar.
Mini Marquee (4 x 6 area trackside or southside)
Entertain up to 20 guests in your own marquee, including a trestle table and 10 chairs. You have the option of using the lawn bar to purchase your drinks or place an alcohol order with the HJC (an order for will be sent once booked) Additional tables and chairs can also be ordered. .
Entertainer Marquee (6 x 9 m area Trackside or Southside)
Gather a group and enjoy the races with up to 40 guests, including 2 x trestle tables and 15 chairs. You have the option of using the lawn bar to purchase your drinks or place an alcohol order with the HJC (an order for will be sent once booked) Additional tables and chairs can also be ordered.
Deluxe Marquee (9 x 9m area Trackside )
With up to 70 guests, this is the best way to enjoy a big gathering. Included in your package are 2 x trestle tables and 20 chairs. You have the option of using the lawn bar to purchase your drinks or place an alcohol order with the HJC. (an order for will be sent once booked) Additional tables and chairs can also be ordered.
Terms & Conditions
A couple of things to note
- Under our liquor license no alcohol can be brought into the racecourse.
- You can only pre order alcohol if you have a marquee. An order form will be sent to you after you have booked your marquee. Under our liquor license each marquee that pre orders alcohol will be required to have an RSA serve the alcohol. The HJC will supply the RSA and this will incur an additional cost.
- If you order alcohol for your marquee, we will send you the order form once you have paid for the marquee. Under our liquor license each marquee that pre orders alcohol will NOW be required to have an RSA serve the alcohol. The HJC will supply the RSA and this will incur a small additional cost.
- We then deliver it with ice to your marquee on the morning of the races. You will need to be at your marquee with eskies by 9.00am to receive your order.
- Please note that pre order alcohol must be paid in full PRIOR to raceday.
Please note entry tickets and hospitality packages are non refundable.
