Terms and Conditions

1 - MOTOR RACING/BURNOUTS IS A DANGEROUS SPORT!

It is a condition of admission that spectators and all persons attending this meeting do so entirely at their own risk. All persons, corporations, clubs and associations having any connection with the promotion or conduct of the meeting, including the owners and occupants of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles are absolved from liability or damage to spectators and all other persons at a meeting,  no matter whether for negligence or as occupier or on any other basis and no matter whether such injury or damage be foreseeable and no matter where or how such injury or damage be caused.

• No glass or alcohol is to be brought into the premises.
• No smoking within the grounds.
• Eskies are welcome

2 - ANY PERSONS ENTERING THE PIT COMPLEX, INCLUDING COMPETITORS, CREWS, AND OFFICIALS MUST HOLD A LICENSE, EITHER THEIR ANNUAL LICENSE, 1 DAY COMPETITION OR 1 DAY PIT PASS

• Anyone using one-day competition licenses or pit passes will need to arrange this before arriving at the track

3 - ANY PERSONS ENTERING THE PIT COMPLEX, INCLUDING COMPETITORS, CREWS, AND OFFICIALS MUST COMPLETE THE SPEEDWAY AUSTRALIA INDEMNITY WAIVER FORM ONLINE

This will also need to be completed prior to arriving at the venue, by the Friday prior to the event.

This will also help us contact trace in the event of covid exposure. It's no longer Mandatory to sign in via the NSW QR Code

4 - COMPETITOR ENTRIES / NOMINATIONS:

The promoters accept competitor entries from their respective divisions in good faith. Every effort is made to adhere to the printed program, but the promoters cannot accept responsibility for the failure of any entrant to appear. The promoters reserve the right to change, postpone, abandon or cancel the meeting or any part thereof.

5 -  RAINOUT, CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY

Dubbo City Speedway Club Inc. will not refund any money. No exceptions. After completion of five events, the meeting will be declared a race meeting and no refunds or free tickets will be issued.

In the event of refunds being issued.

Pre-purchased tickets will be refunded via the 123tix platform. This can take 3 to 4 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Tickets purchased from the venue. Your ticket received on entry to the Speedway is your raincheck. Please hold all original tickets, as no replacements will be given for lost or tampered tickets.

Rainchecks will be honoured to the same dollar value at any one event held by the Dubbo City Speedway Club in the same racing season. Rainchecks are not transferable to future seasons.
