Ticket Sales
All tickets must be purchased prior to the event through the approved ticketing platform or authorised sales channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are accepted up to seven days prior to the event
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Abercrombie House reserves the right to amend the event details, including date, time, menu or entertainment where necessary.
If the event is cancelled by Abercrombie House, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.

Dietary Requirements
Please advise dietary requirements at the time of booking.
While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requests, Abercrombie House cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Seating
Seating arrangements are at the discretion of Abercrombie House unless otherwise arranged prior to the event.
We will set a unique table for your group so that your guests are seated together at your table based on the information you provide. 

Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time. There is an opportunity to arrive earlier or stay later to explore the maginficent house and gardens and grounds on the day.
Late arrivals may impact the overall experience and service timing.

Conduct
Abercrombie House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving in a disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe manner.

Liability
Guests attend the event at their own risk.
Abercrombie House accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained during the event except where required by law.
