Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are available up to one day prior to the event
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Abercrombie House reserves the right to amend the event details, including date, time, menu or entertainment where necessary.
If the event is cancelled by Abercrombie House, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.

Seating
Seating arrangements are informal cafe style in the Pavilion or courtyard

Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time. There is an opportunity to arrive earlier or stay later to explore the maginficent house and gardens and grounds on the day.
Late arrivals may impact the overall experience and service timing.

Conduct
Abercrombie House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving in a disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe manner.
