Tickets are $65 per person and are strictly limited to 110 guests. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received, with tables available for groups of 6–30 people. Tickets include the Christmas-inspired shared table feast, main course, dessert and live entertainment with Chloe Swannell. Drinks, including festive cocktails and alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase separately. Please advise the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking; while reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate these, the venue cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. The Nyngan Hotel is a licensed venue and all alcohol will be served in accordance with NSW liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Valid identification may be requested, and alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18. Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, except where required by Australian Consumer Law, and ticket transfers may be considered at the venue's discretion. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the menu, entertainment, seating or event arrangements where necessary. Guests must follow venue rules and staff directions, and management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave in an inappropriate, abusive or unsafe manner.
