Ticket price: $10 per person

1. Ticket purchase
   By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to these terms and conditions and all applicable Coonamble Bowling Club entry requirements.
2. Fundraising proceeds
   The $10 ticket proceeds collected by Coonamble Bowling Club will be donated to Coonamble Preschool.
3. Entry requirements
   A valid ticket must be presented upon entry. Tickets may be presented electronically or in printed form. Each ticket permits entry for one person only and cannot be used more than once.
4. Children and young people
   Patrons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times while on Club premises. Some content may include adult humour, audience participation and mature themes. Parental discretion is advised.
5. Refunds
   Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind, inability to attend or incorrect purchase, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Refund requests should be directed to Coonamble Bowling Club.
6. Cancellation or significant changes
   If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price. If the event is postponed or significantly changed, ticket holders will be advised of the available options in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Event changes
   Coonamble Bowling Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, running times, seating arrangements or event format where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders where reasonably possible.
8. Conditions of entry and conduct
   Patrons must comply with all lawful directions from Club staff and follow the Club’s conditions of entry. Coonamble Bowling Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, disrupting the event or placing other patrons, performers or staff at risk. No refund will be provided where entry is refused or a patron is removed due to their conduct.
9. Alcohol service
   Alcohol will only be served in accordance with NSW liquor laws and the Club’s responsible service of alcohol obligations. Valid identification may be required.
10. Prizes
    Prizes will be awarded throughout the event. The decisions of the trivia host and event organisers regarding answers, scoring and prize recipients are final, subject to any applicable law. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
11. Photography and recording
    Photography or video recording may occur during the event for promotional purposes. Patrons who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should advise Club staff upon arrival. Unauthorised professional recording of the performance is not permitted.
12. Personal belongings
    Patrons are responsible for their personal belongings. Coonamble Bowling Club accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. Acceptance of risk
    Patrons attend and participate in the event at their own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
