Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to Parkes Dance Co's DREAM 2026 End of Year Concerts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Selection

Please ensure you are purchasing tickets for the correct concert, date and time.

Our DREAM 2026 concerts are divided into four performances:

• Preschool A: Saturday 5th December at 10:00am – All Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday Ready Set classes.

• Preschool B: Sunday 6th December at 10:00am – All Monday, Thursday and Friday Ready Set classes.

• Junior Concert: Sunday 6th December at 1:00pm – All Kindergarten, Year 1–2 and Year 3–4 classes.

• Senior Concert: Saturday 5th December at 1:00pm – All Year 5–6 and Year 7+ classes.

It is the ticket purchaser's responsibility to check their dancer's class day or school year group before completing their purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the performance for which the ticket was purchased.

Refund requests received within 24 hours of the performance will not be accepted for change of mind or inability to attend.

After this period, all ticket sales are final, except where refunds or other remedies are required under Australian Consumer Law.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@parkesdanceco.com.au.

3. Ticket Transfers and Exchanges

Tickets are valid only for the concert, date and time selected at the time of purchase.

Requests to exchange tickets for another performance must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance and are subject to ticket availability and approval from Parkes Dance Co.

Ticket exchanges are not guaranteed.

4. Entry and Seating

All audience members requiring a seat must hold a valid ticket for the relevant performance.

Tickets must be presented upon arrival, either digitally or in printed form.

Please arrive with sufficient time to be seated before the performance begins.

Parkes Dance Co reserves the right to manage entry and seating arrangements to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

5. Photography and Videography

Photography and video recording by audience members are strictly prohibited during all DREAM 2026 performances.

Professional photography and videography will be arranged by Parkes Dance Co, with concert photos and videos provided to participating families.

We appreciate your cooperation in allowing all dancers to perform without distractions and ensuring everyone can enjoy the show.

6. Children and Audience Behaviour

All children attending as audience members must be supervised by a responsible adult.

We ask all audience members to be respectful of our performers and fellow guests throughout the concert.

Disruptive behaviour may result in attendees being asked to leave the venue.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

Parkes Dance Co reserves the right to make reasonable changes to performance schedules, running times or event arrangements where necessary.

In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling or significant change to a performance, ticket holders will be notified and advised of their available options in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Agreement to Terms

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
