Event Information
Dear Parents/Carers ,
Your child has been invited to attend the upcoming Bathurst excursion happening in Week 7 Term 4, 23rd-25th November 2026. Students will travel with supervising teachers via coach to Bathurst in NSW, with a range of activities to attend. This excursion will help build the students critical thinking and build their independence, while this excursion is not compulsory it is highly recommended every student attends.

Money: Please ensure your child/rn has cash or a debit card on them.
What to Bring: Students will be required to bring a drink bottle, closed in shoes, sun safe hat, school dress code clothing, personal and sanitary items, backpack, and any medication they will need (this must be given to teachers on departure). Phones are not permitted on excursions, if a student brings a phone it will be handed to the teacher on duty on departure from CWLA.

RSVP by the 30th October 2026. Places are limited and will be allocated based on availability, with preferences given to families who respond first.
