Rasputin! Terms and Conditions of Entry
Presented by Moree Arts Community Theatre (MACT)

By purchasing a ticket to or attending Rasputin!, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Tickets
- A valid ticket must be shown upon entry. Tickets may be shown on a mobile device or printed.
- Tickets are valid only for the date and session purchased.
- Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers may not be honoured. Please buy only through 123tix.com.au or Sylvia’s Fabrics.
- Tickets that are lost, stolen, copied or altered will not be replaced or admitted.
2. Age restriction
- This is an 18+ event. Ticket holders must be 18 years of age or over, as alcohol is available for purchase from Moree Services Club during the event.
- Photo ID will be requested and must be shown on entry. Acceptable ID includes a current driver licence, passport or NSW Photo Card.
- Anyone unable to provide valid ID, or who is under 18, will be refused entry and will not receive a refund.
3. Refunds
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given, including for change of mind, illness or inability to attend.
- Refunds will be provided only if the organisers cancel the show.
4. Seating and table bookings
- Seating arrangements are determined by the organisers. Table bookings are held for the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
- Organisers may need to adjust seating for safety or operational reasons.
5. Conduct and alcohol
- Alcohol is not provided by MACT. Drinks are available for purchase from Moree Services Club and are sold and served in accordance with NSW liquor laws and the club’s conditions. Patrons must drink responsibly.
- Intoxicated, disorderly or abusive patrons may be refused entry or removed without refund.
- Venue rules and the directions of MACT volunteers and venue staff must be followed at all times.
6. Photography and recording
- Audio and video recording of the performance is not permitted.
- Photos and footage may be taken at the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used by MACT in its promotion.
7. Changes to the program
- MACT reserves the right to make changes to the cast, band, running time or program without notice or compensation, including where a performer is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, MACT, its volunteers and the venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property, or for injury, except where caused by their negligence.
9. Content advisory
- Rasputin! contains adult themes and humour. Audience discretion is advised.
