Event Information
White Christmas (1954) is a musical comedy in which Bob Wallace and Phil Davis, successful entertainers and WWII veterans, join forces with Betty and Judy Haynes, a performing sister duo. The four travel to Vermont, where they discover that their beloved former commander, General Waverly, is struggling to keep his inn open due to a lack of snow and guests. To help him, they stage a large holiday show to attract visitors. Romantic tensions, misunderstandings, and musical numbers unfold until the inn is saved and the couples find happiness—culminating in a final performance set against a newly fallen Christmas snowfall.
