Return buses all depart from Glen Willow Stadium following the completion of the game at approximately 9.15pm

 

FREE MUDGEE SHUTTLE BUS

A free Mudgee Shuttle Bus Service will operate from available parking areas in the CBD with pick up and return from the below locations.

A low-floor bus will be available for patrons requiring assistance. Buses commence from 4.30pm, and return at the conclusion of the main game.

  • Mudgee Tourist Office, Market Street
  • Mudgee High School, Perry Street (Victoria Park side)
  • St Matthew's Catholic School, Lewis Street

PARKING

Limited parking will be available at the Mudgee Racecourse with a $2 donation to volunteer groups, payable on entry. Parking is available at all shuttle bus pickup locations. Strictly no public parking will be permitted at the venue or on Pitts Lane on game day.

NOTE: Vehicles displaying mobility parking permits will also be able to park in the car park areas on Pitts Lane directly across from the stadium.

GATE ENTRY

There will be two (2) ticketed entry gates to the stadium:

  • GATE 2 (best entry for General Admission)
  • MAIN GATE (best for ticket purchases and grandstand seating)

On egress, pedestrians will be able to exit from both the Main Gate and Gate 2.

PURCHASING TICKETS

Due to expected high demand for tickets, it is recommended that you pre-purchase your tickets through 123Tix. Tickets will be available to purchase on game day at the Box Office (located at Main Gate entry). 

Please note: there will be strictly no pass-outs. 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES

There will be a number of food and beverage outlets open during the event operating from the eastern and western side of the ground.

FAMILY HILL

The alcohol-free family hill area will be located at the south east corner of the ground.

ATM FACILITIES

There will be no ATM facilities available at the game.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Conditions of Entry for the 2020 Charity Shield are as per the NRL Event Terms and Conditions. Please see below event conditions to the ground and cooperate with any requests from security.

No alcohol, glass, cans or pets will be permitted to be brought into Glen Willow Regional Sports Stadium. Security will be in place to enforce this rule and conduct bag checks. Picnic rugs and chairs are permitted to be brought into the Stadium. 

 

Terms & Conditions

Refund/Cancellation

  • Unless required to by law NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given except for in the unlikely circumstances of cancellation of the event by the organiser. Refund liability is limited to the total amount of the Ticket purchase (including any fees or charges). The seller is not liable for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation. 
  • Mid-Western Regional Council reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Mid-Western Regional Council’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself. Mid-Western Regional Council’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the ticket price. Mid-Western Regional Council accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.
