How and when you receive your ticket sale proceeds depends on how your account collects payments.

Your own Stripe account (White Label)

• Customers pay straight into your own Stripe account.

• Funds are paid to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule, so you can access them before your event.

• We never hold your ticket money.

123 Tix Platform (by arrangement with our team)

• We process payments for you and hold ticket sale proceeds securely until after your event.

• Funds remain available to process eligible refunds or cancellations where required.

• Once your event has concluded, your proceeds are paid to your nominated bank account.

For 123 Tix Platform accounts, payouts are typically processed within 10 business days after your event has concluded. The exact timing may vary depending on bank processing times, public holidays, or your platform's payout arrangements.

Before Your Event

To help ensure your payout is processed without delay:

• Check that your bank account details are correct and up to date.
• Plan ahead for any event expenses, as ticket sale proceeds are paid after the event.
• If you use your own Stripe account, check your payout schedule in your Stripe Dashboard.
