If you can no longer attend the event in which you purchased tickets for, it is unlikely that you will receive a refund on your ticket purchase. In some cases the organiser may allow refunds and this is outlined on the event page.

The 123 Tix booking fee or card processing is not refundable "unless required by law".

During peak event releases some delays may occur

On completion of booking, you are sent a confirmation email that has your tickets and receipt attached as a PDF. If you're not able to locate your confirmation email, you can have it resent to you using our

Enter the email address you entered at the time of booking, If you have a hotmail email address and still haven't seen the email come through? We suggest adding 123 Tix as a safe sender in your email account.

We are not able to move your booking from one event to another, If you are booked into an event that has different session times depending on availability this maybe possible

If you require to change dates you will need to apply for a refund, this will be minus all booking fees and card processing charges.

Our Digital ticket/s allowing you to present them on any smartphone or tablet device. Most event organisers are happy to accept tickets shown in this format unless otherwise specified.

We also provide a PDF ticket sent your email address at the time of the booking you may wish to print this out
