Advance Revenue Payments

Whether you can access your ticket sale proceeds before your event depends on how your account collects payments.

Your own Stripe account (White Label)

Most organisers collect payments through their own Stripe account. Ticket sale proceeds go straight into your Stripe account as you sell and are paid out on Stripe's payout schedule, so you have access to your funds before your event. We never hold your ticket money.

You choose this when setting up your account under Account settings > Contact Information > Payment Processor, by selecting "Your own Stripe" and then Lite White Label.

123 Tix Platform

If 123 Tix processes payments on your behalf, advance payments are not available. Ticket sale proceeds are held until after your event and typically paid within 10 business days of the event's successful completion.

Why are proceeds held on the 123 Tix Platform?

Holding ticket sale proceeds until after an event helps protect both organisers and ticket buyers by:

  • Ensuring funds are available for eligible refunds or event cancellations.

  • Supporting secure and accurate payout processing.

  • Maintaining compliance with platform policies and applicable regulations.

If your account is already set up on the 123 Tix Platform and you'd like to collect payments through your own Stripe account instead, please contact our support team.
