A booking time limit helps ensure tickets remain available to all customers. During the checkout process, a countdown timer reserves your selected tickets for a limited time while you complete your purchase.
The time limit varies between events and is set by the event organiser.
What Happens When the Timer Expires
If you don't complete your purchase before the timer expires, your reserved tickets will be released and made available for other customers to purchase.
For events with allocated seating, your selected seats may remain reserved for a short period before becoming available again. Once released, they can be selected by other customers.
To avoid losing your tickets, complete your booking before the timer expires.
