Waitlists

A Waitlist allows you to register your interest for a sold-out event. If additional tickets become available, selected customers may be notified and invited to purchase them.

Please note that joining a Waitlist does not guarantee that tickets will become available or that you'll receive a notification.

Why Didn't I Receive a Notification?

Waitlist notifications are typically sent to a limited number of customers when tickets become available. You may not receive a notification because:

• Only a small number of tickets were released.
• Notifications were sent to other Waitlist members.
• Your contact details were entered incorrectly or have changed.

If you weren't selected, you'll usually remain on the Waitlist for any future ticket releases for that event.

Unsubscribing from a Waitlist

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Waitlist notification emails. Waitlist information is typically removed once the event or tour has concluded.

You can join Waitlists for multiple events. However, duplicate registrations for the same event may be removed to ensure the process remains fair for everyone.
