A presale gives eligible customers the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
Access to a presale usually requires a password or access code.
Getting a Presale Password
Presale passwords are provided by the event organiser, promoter, or another authorised partner. They may be distributed to:
- Fan club members
- Email subscribers
- Members of selected organisations
- VIP or loyalty program members
If you're eligible, you'll usually receive the password along with the presale opening and closing times.
If you haven't received a presale password, contact the organisation offering the presale, as only they can provide access to the presale.
