When creating your event, you'll need to configure both your event dates and your ticket sale dates. These settings control when your event takes place and when customers can purchase tickets.

Event Dates

Set the date and time your event will start and finish. Make sure all dates and times are correct before publishing your event.

Ticket Sale Dates

You can choose when tickets become available and when sales will close.

• Ticket sales start – Controls when customers can begin purchasing tickets. Leave it blank to start selling as soon as your event is published.

• End Ticket sales Date and Time (required) – Controls when ticket sales automatically close.

If you don't want tickets to go on sale immediately, simply set a future ticket sale start date and time.

Tips

• Double-check your event dates before publishing.
• Set your ticket sale end date to suit your event requirements.
• Ticket sale dates can be updated at any time before sales close.
• You can configure different ticket sale dates for individual ticket types if required.
