The 123 Tix Scanner App allows you to scan tickets using a compatible smartphone or tablet, providing a fast and reliable way to manage event entry.

Tips
Ensure your devices are fully charged before your event.
Test the Scanner App before attendees arrive.
Connect to a stable internet connection where possible to keep scan data synchronised.
Sign in using your event's App Code. It is shown under the event name in Manage events -> Current Events, with a QR code you can scan with the app.
Scanning at more than one entrance? Add your gates on the event's Gates page (Event Options -> Gates) and pick the gate on each device. Check-ins are then reported by gate.
To limit which days and times each ticket can enter, set up the event's Entry Times (Event Options -> Entry Times).
