Organiser Terms and Conditions

Your organiser Terms and Conditions allow you to communicate important event policies to customers before they complete their purchase. They can include information such as entry conditions, refund policies, age restrictions and other event-specific requirements.

Step 1:  Access Event Management

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".

3. Find the event you wish to edit and click the blue hyperlinked event title.

Step 2: Adding in Terms & Conditions

1. Under the "Event Details" section, scroll down to "Organiser Terms & Conditions".

2. Click on the field and type in your desired Terms & Conditions.

3. Click "Save" to apply your terms and conditions to the event.

Tips:

• Use clear and easy-to-understand language.
• Include your refund policy and any important entry conditions.
• Mention age restrictions, prohibited items or venue requirements where applicable.
• Update your Terms and Conditions if your event details or policies change.
• Ensure your Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
