Refund Policies
Refund Policies
Every event must have a refund policy. Your selected policy is displayed to customers during the ticket purchase process so they understand the refund conditions before completing their booking.
Step 1: Access Event Management
Log in to your account.
Navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".
Find the event you wish to edit and click the blue hyperlinked event title.
Step 2: Setting a Refund Policy
In the "Refund Policy" section, under "When can attendees request refunds", select the option that suits your event:
Up to 1 day before the event starts
Up to 7 days before the event starts
Up to 30 days before the event starts
(4th option as shown on staging)
(5th option as shown on staging)
A refund policy must be set before your event can go live.
2. Once you have found your desired refund policy, click “Save” to apply the changes to your event.
Tips:
- Choose a refund policy before publishing your event.
- Make sure your refund policy matches the information in your Terms and Conditions.
- If your refund policy changes, update it before customers purchase tickets where possible.
- Ensure your refund policy complies with applicable consumer laws.
