Coupons allow you to offer discounts on ticket prices for selected ticket types. You can create percentage or fixed amount discounts and control when and how often a coupon can be redeemed.

Step 1: Access Event Management

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".

3. Find the event you wish to create the coupons for and select “Coupons” in the “Event Options” column.

Step 2: Creating Coupons

1. Click the blue "Add Coupon" button at the top of the screen.

2. Enter a coupon name and create a unique coupon code, choose a start and end date for when the coupon will be active.

3. Choose the discount "Type": Percentage, Amount (a fixed amount off), Override price (sells the ticket at the price you enter) or Note. Then enter the "Discount Amount" (e.g. 10 for 10% off, or 5 for $5 off each ticket).

4. Under "Applies to Ticket Types", tick the ticket types the coupon applies to (or "Select all").

5. Set your coupon restrictions (leave any blank for no limit):

• Maximum Total Uses – the maximum number of times this coupon can be used across all customers.

• Maximum Redemptions Per Order – the maximum number of tickets this coupon can be applied to within a single booking.

• Maximum Redemptions Across All Orders – the total number of tickets this coupon can be applied to across all orders.

• Quantity Multiple – (minimum 2) the discount only applies to tickets of the same type bought in multiples of this number. For example, with 2, a customer buying 3 tickets gets 2 discounted and pays full price for the third.

6. Click "Save" to apply the coupon to your event.

Tips: 

• Choose a coupon code that is easy for customers to remember.
• Set start and end dates to control when the coupon can be redeemed.
• Apply coupons only to the relevant ticket types.
• Test your coupon before sharing it with customers.
• Review your coupon reports to monitor redemption and usage.
