Importing Bookings
Import bookings in bulk using the CSV template to quickly create ticket orders for your event. Each import should follow the template exactly to ensure bookings are imported successfully.
Step 1: Open the Attendee Import Wizard
Log in to your account, navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".
Click the "Orders" button for your event.
Click "Attendee Import Wizard".
Step 2: Choose what you are importing
Pick the option that matches your file: "Simple list", "Tickets with car passes", "Moving from another platform" or "Club members / cardholders".
Click "Download Sample CSV" to get a template for that option.
Step 3: Complete the spreadsheet
Fill in the purchaser's name and email (required) and any other columns in the template.
Enter how many tickets each person is buying.
In "Ticket Names", list each ticket holder's name separated by a comma (e.g. John, Bob for two tickets). If you enter only one name, it is used for all of that person's tickets.
Save the file as a CSV.
Step 4: Upload and import
Choose the "Ticket Type" for the import, or leave it blank if your file has a Ticket Type column. For templates with a column per ticket type, tick each type under "Ticket types in this import".
Choose the "Select Payment Method" option, and enter a "Price Override" if needed.
Upload your CSV file and choose "Import and Don't Send Email" or "Import and Send Email Now".
Click "Upload & Map Columns", check each column is matched to the right field, then click "Transfer attendees".
Tips:
Test with a small import before importing a large number of bookings.
Check that the number of ticket names matches the number of tickets being imported.
Choose "Import and Don't Send Email" if you want to check the bookings before sending tickets.
