Event Insights

Event Insights provides a real-time overview of your event's performance, helping you monitor ticket sales, capacity and attendee activity before and during your event.

You can access Event Insights by clicking "Event Insight" in the event banner on:

• The Dashboard, where your next upcoming event is displayed.

• The Orders page for any event.

If you manage multiple events, select a different event from the Event drop-down list or choose another date using the calendar.

Event Insights Includes

Depending on your event setup, Event Insights may display:

•  Ticket sales and net revenue
• Capacity and percentage of tickets sold
• Sales trends over time
• Ticket scan and attendance rates
• Session performance
• Ticket type performance

Tips

• Monitor Event Insights regularly to track sales and attendance in real time.
• Switch between events using the Event drop-down list.
• Review session and ticket type performance to identify sales trends.
• Use Event Insights alongside your reports for a more detailed analysis.
