Event QR CodesEvent QR codes provide a quick and convenient way to share your event with customers. You can download the QR code for your event page to use in printed and digital promotional material.

Step 1: Access Event Management

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".

Step 2: View the Event QR Code

1. In the event list, find the "Preview Event" column for your event.

2. Click the QR code icon next to the "Preview" button.

3. Click "Save file" to download the QR code, or "Print" to print it.

Note: the small QR icon next to the App Code under the event name is for loading the event into the 123 Tix scanner app. Don't use it on promotional material.

Tips

• Use the QR code on posters, flyers and signage to direct attendees to your event page.
• Include the QR code in digital marketing material where appropriate.
• Test the QR code after downloading to ensure it opens the correct event page.
• The QR code links directly to your live event page, so any updates made to the event will be reflected automatically.
