Question Library
The Question Library allows you to create reusable extra questions that can be added to multiple events. This saves time by eliminating the need to recreate commonly used questions for every event.
Step 1: Access Event Management
Log in to your account.
Navigate to "Manage Events" and then "Current Events".
Find the event you wish to edit and click on the blue hyperlinked event title.
Step 2: Add a Question from the Library
Open "Attendee Questions" from the event's menu bar (or from the "Event Options" column).
Click "Add from Library" and choose the question you want to add. Or click "Add Extra" and pick it under "Prefill from Question Library", then click "Load template".
Review the question's settings, tick the "Ticket Types" it applies to (ticket types are not copied from the library), and click "Save".
Step 3: Configure the Question
- Choose the settings that apply to your question:
- Required
- Only ask once per order
- Ask only once per group ticket
- Ask for each ticket in the group
- Ask for tickets in a group
- Choose where the question should appear:
- Web
- Box Office
- Kiosk - Select the ticket types the question applies to, or leave the field blank to apply it to all ticket types.
- Select "Save" to add the question to your Question Library. To browse every question available, click "Question Library" on the Attendee Questions page.
- When you create a new question, the Question Library will appear for you to select the relevant question.
Tips:
- Store commonly used questions such as dietary requirements, accessibility needs, emergency contacts and waivers in your Question Library.
- Updating a library question makes it available for future events. Existing event questions may need to be updated separately.
- Keep your Question Library organised by reviewing and removing questions you no longer use.
- Use clear and concise wording so customers can easily understand what information is being requested.
