What types of automatic benefits can I assign to a membership?
Free tickets per period: Set the total number of free tickets credited on join and refilled upon renewal (no rollover).
Discount on other tickets (%): Set a percentage discount for paid tickets once free ticket allocations are used.
Free tickets per event: Limit how many free tickets can be redeemed for a single event.
Total member-price tickets per event: Set the maximum combined total of free + discounted tickets allowed per event (0 = unlimited).
Bookings per event: Set the maximum number of separate bookings/orders allowed using the membership for the same event.
Early access: Specify how far in advance members can buy tickets before public sales open (set in minutes, hours, days, or weeks).
People covered & Multi-Member Accounts: Set coverage (1 = individual, 2 = family/group). Check "Let buyers choose a quantity" to allow purchasing multiple memberships under one account in a single transaction. When enabled, each individual receives their own membership number.
Listed benefits: Add custom perks as bullet points (e.g., guest passes, merchandise, voting rights) that are displayed to members.
