How does CSV database importing work for existing members?
Organisers can bulk-import an existing membership database directly into 123 Tix rather than starting from scratch. You can import members as either complimentary members or require them to pay upon joining.
Accessing Import: Go to Memberships > Import (CSV) to upload your file.
Automatic Email Matching: When importing members via CSV using an existing or matching email address, the system automatically links and groups those entries under that single Member ID Account.
Individual Membership IDs: Each imported person linked under a multi-member or family account will still be assigned their own unique individual membership number.
