What is the Find Best Seats feature and how do I enable it?
The Find Best Seats feature allows customers to select their preferred seating section and the number of seats they require, then automatically find the best available seats based on their proximity to the designated focal point on the seating chart.
To enable this feature, select Offer “Find best seats” in your event settings. You must first configure a focal point on your seating chart in the Seats.io designer. The focal point determines which seats are considered the best available. If a focal point has not been set, the feature will not work.
Once enabled, customers will see the Find best seats option above the seating map, making it easier for them to select their seats when booking tickets.
