How do I find an existing customer when creating a booking in the Box Office?
The new Box Office includes a Find existing customer feature that allows you to search for previous customer information when creating a booking. Enter the customer’s Booking ID, email address or phone number to locate their existing details and copy them across to the new booking.
This feature makes it quicker and easier to create bookings for returning customers by reducing the need to manually re-enter their information.
