What are Combo Discounts and how do I set them up?
Combo Discounts allow you to offer customers savings when they purchase multiple eligible tickets together in the same order. You can create discounts that apply when customers purchase specific combinations of ticket types, sessions or categories.
To set up a combo discount, choose which sessions or ticket categories the discount applies to, then select whether you want to offer a fixed dollar amount or a percentage discount. You can customise the discount rules to suit your event, whether you want to encourage customers to book multiple tours, attend different sessions or purchase a combination of ticket types.
Once configured, the discount is automatically applied to eligible bookings at checkout when the required combination is purchased, making it easier to offer bundled savings and encourage customers to purchase more tickets.
