What is SMS Ticket Delivery and how does it work?
SMS Ticket Delivery allows customers to receive a link to their tickets via text message instead of email. This feature is available to organisers using Stripe as their payment provider.
The SMS delivery option is automatically available at checkout, allowing customers to choose whether they would prefer to receive their tickets via SMS or email. If SMS delivery is selected, customers will receive a link to access their tickets directly from their mobile phone.
Customers can also add their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick and convenient access on the day of the event.
This provides customers with a flexible and convenient way to access their tickets without needing to search through their emails.
