What are Capacity Pools and how do I set them up?
Capacity Pools allow you to manage and monitor the total number of people allocated to a room or space across multiple sessions or ticket types. They help you keep track of how full each room is and manage capacity across your event.
Unlike a standard session capacity limit, which applies to an individual session, a Capacity Pool counts everyone who will occupy the room, including customers holding an entitlement pass that covers more than one session.
To set up a Capacity Pool:
Navigate to the Capacity Pools section of your event.
Select Add pool to create a new pool.
Configure the pool for the relevant room or space and set the appropriate capacity limit.
Once configured, the pool helps you monitor the combined capacity of the people allocated to that room, rather than tracking each session in isolation.
