Event Information
A Savage Christmas follows Davina Savage, a trans woman who returns home for Christmas after years apart, only to find her visit disrupted by explosive family secrets and chaos. This Australian comedy blends awkward humor, cultural quirks, and heartfelt moments, bolstered by a diverse cast. Praised for its sharp wit, strong performances, and themes of acceptance, it also received a 2023 AACTA Best Indie Film nomination, making it worth a watch for fans of offbeat festive tales.
